After finally confronting my issues with alcoholism and mental illness, I recognized the spiritual and psychological nature of my interrelated maladies.

Based on this realization, I commenced a fascinating quest for inner-standing, exploring any topic that aided self-illumination--spirituality, metaphysics, neuroscience, psychology, etc.

My ongoing (and certainly life-long) inquiry reveals priceless insights for reaching the ultimate goal of Jungian individuation, integrating the conscious and unconscious psyche to achieve spiritual transcendence.
